Abstract

Ketertiban dan Hukum merupakan dua sisi dari satu mata uang. Artinya dapat dibedakan tapi mustahil untuk dipisahkan. Dalam konteks ini, hukum dilihat sebagai sarana kontrol sosial.penerapan dan pemasyarakatan Gerakan Disiplin Nasional banyak menghadapi kendala, oleh karena itu perlu ada usaha secara rasional, sistematis, dan konsepsional. Ketaatan berlalu lintas dipengaruhi oleh faktor tekanan eksternal dan mekanisme internal (sikap batin) seseorang. Kesadaran hukum merupakan konsep yang sangat abstrak dan sulit diukur secara matematis. Oleh karena itu harus diberikan rumusan operasional yang akan menerjemahkan konsep kesadaran hukum ke dalam variabel empiris, yang nantinya berfungsi sebagai indikator.
