Hak yang dimiliki pemilik tanah terhadap hak atas tanahnya, antara lain adalah memindahkan hak atas tanahnya kepada pihak lain melalui jual beli. Untuk sahnya, jual beli harus memenuhi syarat materiil yaitu penjual berhak dan berwenang menjual hak atas tanahnya dan pembeli memenuhi syarat sebagai subyek hak milik atas tanah dan syarat formal yaitu jual beli tersebut harus dibuktikan dengan akta Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) dan dilakukan pendaftaran peralihan hak ke Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten/Kotamadya setempat.
The right which is owned by the land owner, anmoy ther thing, is transfering is right on his land its the other perty through selling-buying. Legally, selling-buying should meet material reguirement that is the land while the buyer meets the requirement as a subject of property right on land and format requirement that is selling buying must be proven with notaried deed (PPAT) and registered on the right transfer at law office that city.
