Abstract

Pergantian kepemimpinan nasional dalam suatu negara perlu ada aturan, prosedur dan mekanisme yang diperlukan untuk dijadikan pedoman dalam pelaksanannya, hal ini untuk menghindari kepentingan-kepentingan yang subyektif dari setiap pelaksana yang terkait langsung dalam setiap proses suksesi tersebut.
