Abstract

Reformasi yang dimaknai sebagai gerakan massal yang dipelopori oleh semua komponen atau unsur bangsa yang dimaksudkan untuk sebuah proses atau perubahan ke arah supremasi hukum dan pengeluaran terhadap Hak Asasi Manusia di semua sendi kehidupan negara dan masyarakat.
