Abstract

Wilayah perikananIndonesiameliputi perairan pedalaman, laut wilayah dan Zona Ekonomi Ekslusif. Perikanan semua kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan perikanan. Dalam kerangka itu, dimungkinkan adanya kerjasama dengan pihak negara lain, keterlibatan negara asing diperkenankan sepanjang hak-hak kedaulatanIndonesiatetap dilindungi. Hak berdaulat dalam ZEE untuk eksplorasi, eksploitasi, pengelolaan serta konservasi sumber daya alam hayati dan non hayati.
