Abstract

Dalam mewujudkan pembangunan nasional, peranan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang merupakan bagian dari sistem pendidikan nasional diharapkan harus merupakan sistem yang mudah menyesuaikan diri dengan kebutuhan-kebutuhan masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Oleh karena itu, usaha otonomi yang menitikberatkan pada proses pengambilan keputusan di tingkat perguruan tinggi merupakan suatu usaha yang baik untuk pendewasaan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia.
