Dalam suatu negara antara hukum, demokrasi dan hak asasi manusia merupakan suatu bagian yang tidak dapat dipisah-pisahkan satu sama lainnya. Sebab tanpa adanya dari satu bagian tersebut maka negara akan mengalami ketimpangan, adanya otoriter serta kediktatoran dalam menyelenggarakan suatu negara. Untuk itu implementasinya perlu kearifan dari setiap komponen bangsa.
