Banyak rumah sakit di Indonesia yang “enggan” dengan persoalan yang ada kaitannya dengan hukum, karena hukum “dianggap” menghambat jalannya roda lembaga rumah sakit apalagi rumah sakit adalah menyangkut persoalan pelayanan kesehatan.
