About the Journal
PERSPEKTIF: Kajian Masalah Hukum dan Pembangunan is an open-accessed and peer-reviewed journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Services (LPPM) of University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya.
PERSPEKTIF: Kajian Masalah Hukum dan Pembangunan accepts any manuscripts or articles in the field of law or legal studies from both national and international academicians and researchers.
PERSPEKTIF: Kajian Masalah Hukum dan Pembangunan is published three times a year (in January, May, and September). Submitted article should follow the writing guidelines.
